Returns, Exchanges, Refunds
We would be happy to accept returns or exchanges within 45 days of purchase for domestic orders in unwashed and unsoiled garments in returnable condition. We understand that your home is where you get to “try on” our products and encourage you to give them a test drive. Only if we see signs of heavy use such as rips, tears, frayed edges or heavy soiling (mud, salt, etc) do we reserve the right to refuse a return.
For all apparel orders shipped via FedEx, we have included a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. For orders shipped USPS, please email us at info@americantrench to receive a return or exchange label. Please include any notes about size or fit.
